Role Overview
We’re looking for a strategic leader and cultural trend spotter who will own, build, sustain and grow Force of Nature’s presence across organic and paid social channels. You will develop platform strategies, spot key trends to align with & activate against, craft thumb-stopping content, cultivate community engagement, and amplify our message through influencers, UGC, and earned media. You are a social media expert, and understand how to build native and authentic content and campaigns. This role needs to strengthen the brand voice, increase awareness of, build loyalty around, and drive sales for Force of Nature at a time of rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and launch content that grows Force of Nature’s presence, following, credibility and audiences across all active channels to make a measurable impact.
- Collaborate with Director-level leadership across Creative, E-Comm, Retail and Marketing to inform foundational approach to content and campaign strategy.
- Be a trend-spotting expert; informing original, UGC and EGC content (production).
- Ensure Force of Nature shows up authentically and effectively on social / digital.
- Develop clear learning agendas to constantly improve and optimize across existing and new channels + audiences.
Authentically and clearly communicate the Force of Nature mission and meaning while clearly featuring our products with creative quality and consistency.
Core Requirements
STRATEGIC PLANNING & CHANNEL GROWTH
- Build and optimize 12-month social roadmap across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook—and spearhead our upcoming Pinterest launch.
- Translate brand and campaign goals into channel-specific OKRs, content themes, cadence, and paid-owned-earned integration.
- Understand e-commerce, retail, brand and performance, informing full-funnel strategies that drive measurable impact and align to business objectives.
- Implement a strategic social strategy that drives engagement across our core archetypes and builds awareness with new audiences
CONTENT CREATION & PRODUCTION
- Execute with quality while maintaining an authentic and clear brand voice that sit within Force of Nature’s visual standards
- Make video content that stops thumbs, encourages engagement, drives impact and expands our reach to existing and new audiences / archetypes.
- Own end-to-end asset development (video, copy, image) for social channels with a critical eye and understanding of all of the most recent / up-to-date creative best practices, UX/UI and platform requirements for assets to successfully launch.
- Effectively collaborate with Sr. Graphic Designer to develop content that achieves creative and messaging consistency.
- Own all scheduling, QC, posting, and real-time feed maintenance.
- Brief designers, editors, and culinary team on asset needs; curate UGC/EGC to complement hero campaigns.
- Build and track against key learning agendas; parenting with retail and e-comm leadership to optimize throughout.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
- Set vision for strategic community management. Monitor, respond, and escalate comments/DMs in brand voice within SLA guidelines.
- Design programs that convert followers into advocates—e.g., community spotlights, AMAs, recipe challenges.
- Own community and creator outreach, partnering with Legal / Ops to implement scalable solutions in sourcing & spotlighting UGC content.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and transparency across product and QA support.
INFLUENCER, AMBASSADOR & UGC PROGRAMS
- Source and onboard aligned creators; manage product seeding, contracts, briefs, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with paid media to amplify top-performing creator content.
DATA & INSIGHTS
- Track engagement, reach, share of voice, follower growth, and community sentiment; present monthly insights, trends, and action plans.
- Champion social listening to surface trends and issues that impact brand reputation.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Operate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across channels, teams, and more to hit business objectives.
- Partner with Retail Marketing to drive critical localization efforts and geo-targeted announcements, activations and content capture for in-store efforts.
- Coordinate with E-commerce to align promotions and support lifecycle campaigns.
- Align with Product Marketing to understand and drive product performance across channels.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, Director of Marketing, and other leaders to translate brand, performance, and creative priorities across channels.
- Work with PR to align messaging during issues management and milestone news.
PROCESS & TOOLS
- Maintain content calendars, asset libraries, and dashboards; recommend new tools to level up efficiency and reporting.
- Document best practices and train junior team members or interns as we grow.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4–6 years managing multi-platform social communities for CPG, food/bev, or mission-driven consumer brands.
- Proven track record of translating brand strategy into social growth and engaged communities.
- Fluent in short-form video trends, creator collaboration models, and social SEO.
- Comfortable filming and editing quick BTS or iPhone-style content when needed.
- Strong analytical chops; able to turn data into narratives and experiments.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling instincts; meme fluency a plus.
- Familiar with tools such as Asana/Dash Social/Sprout/Sprinklr/Later, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Figma/Canva/Adobe Express
- Passion for a better food system, regenerative agriculture, nutrition, and/or outdoor lifestyle preferred.
