Hiring a social media assistant.
20 hrs/week, fully remote.
You’ll be working directly with me, just you and I for now.
$15-22/hr starting (with raises based on performance).
You'll be running:
- Content POSTING (not creation) on socials
- Lab + League onboarding + mgmt
- Email campaigns + automations
- General ops + more
I'm looking for someone who:
- Communicates clearly + honestly
- Learns fast (I have tons of SOPs in place)
- Takes ownership in a real way and puts their heart & soul into what they do
- Moves fast - 5 hrs of focused work > 20 hrs of "looking busy"

We’re looking for a social media assistant to work hand-in-hand with Ty for our social presence & inside both the Lab and League.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Email List

LinkedIn, FB & X (60K+ followers)
- Posting pre-written content for Ty, cleaning timeline, replying to comments & engaging with prospects
- Sending DMs out to interested prospects to start convos turning prospects into community members/coaching clients
- Sending hyper-targeted connection requests on LinkedIn, maxing them out weekly
- Sending targeted friend requests and growing FB group via group invites & reminders
- Allowing new members into our group, welcoming them, starting convos & sending lead magnets out
YouTube (2.4K+ subs)
- Posting new YT videos (shorts + long-form videos)
- Communicating /w team and managing video projects
Email List (2.3K+ subs)
- Scheduling & sending new email campaigns
- Repurposing & re-sending old well-performing newsletters
- Setting up & managing new automations
- Managing lead magnet send-outs
- Cleaning email list

- Managing Tuesday Training Vault (live call schedule + 30-day rolling library)

Tools You’ll Use

Who You Are
- You have entrepreneurial mindset and passion
- You communicate clearly + honestly - if something's broken, you tell me directly, not gently
- You learn fast - we have in-depth systems + SOPs so your job is to absorb them quickly and go
- You take ownership - you'd rather solve a problem and tell me later than msg me 5x asking for permission
- Your English is near-native or native level
- You move fast - 5 hours of focused work, not 20 hours of "looking busy”
Hours, Pay & Logistics
- 20 hours/week (part-time), 7 AM EST - 11 AM EST, M-F
- Fully remote
- $15-22/hr starting (review + raise based on performance at 30 and 90 days)
- Reliable wi-fi and 50+ WPM typing speed required
