About This Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Manager to strengthen the online presence of Cede and Voye. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across our social media platforms, ensuring our messaging is consistent, relevant, and aligned with our brand voice. From developing content ideas to monitoring performance and engaging with our audience, you will play a key role in how our brands connect with customers online. If you have a strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement, we would love to see how you can help grow and elevate our digital presence.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a social media content plan that aligns with the goals of Cede and Voye, ensuring consistent, engaging, and relevant messaging across all platforms.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and impactful content for social media, including posts, captions, short-form videos, and visual storytelling that captures attention and reflects our brand voice.
  • Platform Management: Manage and maintain our social media accounts by scheduling posts, publishing content, and ensuring consistent activity across platforms such as Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and others.
  • Community Management: Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, and actively engage with our audience to build strong relationships and maintain a positive brand presence online.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and analyze social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and growth, using insights to improve content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep our content fresh, relevant, and competitive.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media or content, preferably in tech, fintech, or digital products.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and engagement best practices.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with experience creating posts, captions, and short-form videos; comfortable appearing on camera for short videos.
  • A proven understanding of social media management and analytics tools such as Google Analytics for performance reporting
  • Experience with basic video and content editing tools like CapCut, Canva, for creating visuals and campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt content strategy based on insights.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
