Mid–Senior Level | 3–5+ Years Experience

About Uresta

Uresta is a Canadian women's health company on a mission to help women live their lives without limits. We make the Uresta bladder support - a doctor-invented, vaginally inserted device that supports the bladder to stop leaks under pressure (like when sneezing, jumping, or coughing). It’s the bra for your bladder.

1 in 3 women over 30 experience bladder leakage — and up to 50% of women deal with it during exercise. We are disrupting the bladder leak industry with a truly innovative product, one that offers true relief by stopping leaks vs. just absorbing them like a pad.

We're a purpose-driven brand that deeply believes in empowering women to talk openly about pelvic floor health. Our community is at the heart of everything we do, and we're growing fast. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for women's health and wants to use the power of social media and storytelling to change that silence into conversation — and conversation into action.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, community-driven Social Media & Community Manager to own our organic presence, cultivate a thriving customer community, and amplify the Uresta brand across every channel. You'll be the connective tissue between our creators, ambassadors, PR efforts, and paid media — turning authentic moments into content that grows the brand and moves women to action.

You have 3–5+ years of social media and community management experience and are genuinely passionate about women's health. You're scrappy and creative — someone who doesn't wait for a full production team to make great content. You're comfortable picking up a phone, filming your own videos, and finding ways to keep the feed fresh, interesting, and on-brand. You don't just understand our mission — you believe in it, and you're excited to help more women discover that they don't have to just "deal with it."

What You'll Own

Instagram - Organic Social Presence

  • Develop and execute a strategy for growing engagement and followers for Instagram - our primary channel
  • Develop a strong organic content calendar that genuinely moves the needle
  • Amplify PR features, podcast appearances, and brand partnerships through organic social content
  • Source, coordinate, and manage testimonial filming with real customers
  • Work cross-functionally to help amplify and ensure the success of ongoing campaigns and brand partnerships

User-Generated Content (UGC)

  • Build systems that consistently generate authentic UGC from real customers — reviews, photo submissions, reposts, and testimonials
  • Identify and activate top organic fans as micro-creators and brand advocates
  • Build and manage a brand ambassador program — recruiting, briefing, and activating advocates

Creator & Influencer Management

  • Manage relationships with influencers and content creators for both paid ads and organic use
  • Brief, review, and approve creator content to ensure brand alignment and quality

Community Strategy & Management (FB Group)

  • Own our Facebook Group, ensuring a positive, high-value member experience
  • Build and execute a strategy to drive meaningful engagement — using the group as both an education hub and a conversion tool that moves members toward trying Uresta
  • Coach, oversee and quality-check the customer care team's community responses
  • Promote ongoing campaigns and customer referral program within FB group

Pinterest

  • Own Uresta's Pinterest presence as an organic traffic
  • Create and manage boards aligned to women's health, wellness, and lifestyle content
  • Pin blog content, product content, and curated resources to build authority and referral traffic

Analytics & Reporting

  • Report monthly metrics for Instagram: Engagement rate, reach, follower growth, community activity, UGC volume, and referral traffic from social
  • Use data to identify what's working, adjust strategy, and clearly communicate performance to the team

Competitive & Trend Monitoring

  • Actively monitor competitors, category trends, and platform algorithm shifts — especially on Instagram
  • Stay ahead of conversations happening in the women's health space and bring timely, relevant ideas to the content calendar
  • Flag emerging opportunities and formats before they peak

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years in social media management, brand marketing, or community management
  • Genuine passion for women's health
  • Genuine interest in social media (specifically Instagram) - staying on top of social media trends and algorithm changes
  • Proven track record growing an Instagram presence and engagement
  • Hands-on experience managing influencers, content creators, and UGC creators end-to-end
  • Strong content instincts — you know what's going to stop someone mid-scroll
  • Comfortable working across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Experience with ambassador or referral programs is a major plus
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling insights from data and translating them into action
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail— you can brief a creator or write a caption with equal ease

Skills

  • Video/Reels editing skills
  • Basic graphic design (Canva / Adobe)
  • Organic social experience
  • E-commerce or DTC brand background
  • Experience amplifying podcast or PR content
  • Experience with social tools (Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social etc.)
