• Gets the Gen Z aesthetic and understands internet culture
• Can create platform native content that performs
• Has a strong visual sense and storytelling approach
• Handles ideation, content production, execution and social media pages
• Ideally has experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle
• Thinks beyond templates and trends
