About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative & deeply strategic Instagram Personal Branding Strategist + Scriptwriter to join our agency.

If you understand content psychology, IG virality, narrative structure, hooks, and short-form storytelling, and you can write scripts that stop thumbs in first few seconds, we want you.

Note:  This is a creative + strategy role for someone who can think, write, research, and build personal brands.

Responsibilities:

• Build monthly content strategies for client brands
• Do market, trend, and competitor research
• Write high-retention reel scripts
• Ideate hooks, angles, content series, and storytelling formats
• Collaborate with editors & clients for seamless execution

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in content strategy & short-form writing
• Strong grasp of Instagram virality: hooks, structure, retention
• Proven work with coaches, founders, or content creators
• Bonus: If you’ve worked at an agency or handled multiple clients
