Short-form Content Writer

We’re hiring for junior and senior positions across 2 roles:

- Short form video editors

- Short form content writers

What matters to us:

- Editors who understand pacing, retention, storytelling and modern AI workflows. People who take ownership of deliverables, communicate proactively and solve problems independently.

- Writers who can create genuinely engaging short form scripts built for attention, not just information.

- Most content today loses the audience in the first few seconds. We care deeply about people who understand why viewers continue watching.

- Remote is absolutely fine, but reliability is important. Stable systems, consistency and accountability matter when working in a fast-moving content environment.
