SEO Specialist

We're on the hunt for an experienced full-time SEO Specialist to join our team!

Please note: this role is not suitable for applicants without at least 2 years of SEO experience.

We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who is passionate about delivering outstanding search results & helping lead the shift into the AI-driven era of Search Optimisation. You’ll work alongside copywriters, technical SEO specialists & strategists to produce results-focused SEO strategies you’ll be proud to put your name to.

Role Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to understand their goals & develop strategies that drive results.
- Execute SEO campaigns through technical optimisation, strategy development & content briefing.
- Collaborate with internal specialists.
- Research keywords, competitors & trends to uncover growth opportunities.
- Optimise websites & develop content strategies aligned with SEO best & emerging practices.
- Present insights & results to clients, helping them understand the “why” behind their campaign performance.
- Work closely with your team, sharing ideas & supporting each other.
- Continue developing your skills through mentorship, self-training & workshops across SEO, AI & emerging trends.
- Write detailed content briefs aligned with E-E-A-T best practices.
- Monitor & report on SEO performance against client goals & KPIs.
- Stay across algorithm updates & industry changes.
- Analyse & interpret SEO data using GA4, GSC, & other platforms.
- Contribute to integrated digital strategies across teams.
- Support local & international SEO initiatives including schema, GMB & hreflang implementation.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in an SEO role (or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as GA4, Search Console, SEMrush & Screaming Frog.
- Experience using AI to enhance SEO processes & strategies.
- Creative thinker who enjoys solving problems & exploring new ideas.
- Driven to grow both personally & professionally.
- A positive, enthusiastic team player.
- Strong interest in digital marketing.
- Tenacious & resilient, able to adapt quickly when challenges arise.
- Clear communication skills across email, phone & meetings.
