SEO Manager
Authority JuiceWe're opening up a very important role at Authority Juice
We are looking for an 'SEO Manager'.
Location: Remote, India
Experience: 4+ years (2 in an agency setup, preferred)
We are a small, intentional team doing some of the sharpest B2B AEO and content work in the industry.
What you will own
- 3 to 5 B2B client accounts end to end: strategy, roadmap, timelines, results
- Technical diagnosis. Crawl and indexation, site architecture, internal linking, structured data, rendering, migration damage
- Content, Reddit and AEO strategy, including how clients show up in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini etc.
- Direction of SEO executives and writers
- Client calls, presentations and reporting that connects the work we do to business outcomes
What we need
- Very strong fundamentals. You know how crawling, indexing, and retrieval work. Our clients have already tried the playbook advice, so if you can't reason from first principles you'll recommend what they've ruled out.
- Excellent diagnostic ability. Hand you a site with falling traffic and no explanation and you can work out why. Most of our engagements begin exactly there.
- Management experience. You can brief, review, and improve others' work without doing it yourself. Your leverage is what the team ships. We use ClickUp to manage our tasks and you'll have to use it daily too.
- Genuine multi-client capacity. Four or five contexts at once, held properly.
- Strong communication. Not a soft skill here. You'll defend a recommendation to a CMO, write a fix spec a developer accepts and tell a client when they're heading the wrong way.
- A minimum 4-5 hour overlap with EST work hours. Our clients are US-based. The work that moves rankings means unblocking their dev teams, getting decisions made on calls and being reachable when something breaks.
Comes with: full paid tool stack (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Peec[dot]ai, Claude, OpenAI), an annual learning budget, and a real path to Head of SEO.
To apply
Send your CV to [click apply] with a short Loom covering:
- One site you diagnosed where the problem wasn't what everyone assumed, and how you found it
- One SEO opinion you hold that most of the industry would disagree with
The Loom matters more to us than the CV.
We're filling this urgently, ideally by end of September. Please share with anyone who fits.
Kindly refrain from sending a DM on LinkedIn. My inbox is a mess.
