Here's what you will do:

1) Write Blogs/Content (We have a strategy mapped out)

To own Aerosend's SEO function end-to-end. Take organic growth to $10K in monthly new revenue within 12 months and establish Aerosend as the SEO category leader in email deliverability.

Outcomes

1. Revenue + Category Leadership

  • $10,000 in new MRR from organic by month 12.
  • Top 3 rankings for 20+ commercial-intent deliverability and cold-email keywords by month 12.

Own the AI-powered SEO pipeline end-to-end by day 60. Zero CEO or editor review pre-publish from day 60 onward.

What You'll Do, Month by Month

First 30 Days: Foundation

  • Read the full Aerosend deliverability knowledge base (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warming, IP reputation, blacklists).
  • Cold email and sales basics (first 10 days).
  • Shadow the CEO on existing content workflows.
  • Master the AI-powered SEO pipeline: keyword research, brief, draft, edit, publish.
  • Edit in-flight articles and ship your first 10 to 15 pieces (ramp mode).
  • Take over keyword research from the CEO by day 20.
  • Identify the first 10 backlink targets and launch automated outreach.
  • Partner with design on the new website launch (if timing aligns).

Days 31 to 60: Full Ownership

  • Publishing cadence locked at 10 articles per week.
  • Pipeline fully owned. Zero CEO review pre-publish by day 60.
  • Brief creation fully owned. No CEO input on topic selection.
  • Quality log: pass/fail on every article, weekly review with the CEO.
  • Backlinks: 20 cumulative by day 60.
  • Build an editing playbook. Document the AI to human edit process in markdown.

Days 61 to 90: Scale the Engine

  • Sustain 40+ articles per month.
  • Backlinks: 40 cumulative by day 90.
