The ideal candidate is part creative (ideation/writing), part systems thinker (governance/operations), and collaborative by nature.
Here's what you'll do:
→ Craft engaging web content that's strategic, actionable, and always user-centered
→ Partner with design and engineering to ship polished, accessible experiences grounded in user needs and our component-based design system
→ Write both short-form and long-form content that converts (landing pages, blog posts, UX copy, and more)
→ Define success metrics, analyze performance, and use data to iterate over time
→ Own the end-to-end content production process from brief through publish, keeping stakeholders aligned every step of the way
