🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Training Content Writer / Instructional Writer (Remote – US)

💰 Rate: $70/hr
📍 Location: Remote (US-based)
📆 Contract: 5 months (open for extension)

We’re looking for a strong writer with a passion for learning and clarity to join a high-impact training team supporting buyers and inventory planners in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex tools and systems into clear, engaging learning experiences.

💼 Role Highlights:
Design and write job aids, reference guides, and training materials for online, classroom, and blended learning
Collaborate with SMEs to define learning objectives and conduct needs analysis
Create engaging training content and evaluation tools to ensure knowledge transfer
Maintain and improve existing training programs and documentation
Build scalable processes and templates for efficient content development

✅ What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of relevant experience (instructional design, training content, or technical writing)
Strong understanding of adult learning principles or a desire to grow into instructional design
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
Excellent written communication, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Bonus: Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, HTML, or multimedia software
