We're looking to pay INR 9-12 LPA (in hand). Other than that the following is also given separately:

The Role
This is a full-time remote position.
We are looking for an experienced B2B SaaS SEO who understands the following:
- B2B Marketing basics (Leads, SQLs, Buyer's journey, Sales Cycles, etc.)
- CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Solid understanding of SEO tools(GSC, GA4, Semrush, Ahref, SpyFu, etc)
- Tech SEO
- Creating insightful reports
- Have worked in client-facing roles.
If you know these things, it's a bonus for us:
- Basic understanding of Ads.
- Knowledge about GEO and projects where you worked on getting mentioned by LLMs
The team
You will be responsible for managing SEO client deliverables. Currently, the team has 2 SEO associates and 1 SEO/GEO Manager. You will report to the SEO Manager.
Responsibilities
Think that you own everything and you have all the freedom to everything and anything to help us and our clients achieve their goals.
- Maintaining Continuity (Client work)
- Gaining a deep understanding of our clients' products, audience, and industry.
- Managing client deliverables end to end.
- Comfortable with handling advanced tech GEO & SEO-related questions from clients and prospects.
- Creating reports that will help us get visibility into the performance from impressions to SQLs. We focus highly on impactful metrics like SQLs.
- Weekly cadence call with clients, making sure you are always on top of the client work and updates before the call.
- Comms & Reporting
- Owing full client communication through calls, email and slack.
- Creating reports to track performance of the projects.
- Should be able to take client calls without your manager within 45 days of your joining.
- Processes
- Maintain and follow existing processes, SOPs.
- Maintain ClickUp (project management) to keep track of your projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a B2B SaaS SEO/GEO. (Including freelance experience.)
- Experience with working with B2B or SaaS companies.
- Ability to report on MQLs and SQLs, not just clicks and conversions.
- Have run SEO/GEO experiments and seen results attributable to your work.

Other Information
- Work timings: The entire team works between 11 AM & 6 PM IST. Apart from that, as long as you're meeting deadlines, you can work whenever you'd like. There may be occasional exceptions when clients in the US are involved.
- You will be asked to set realistic deadlines for your work and deliver it then.
- You will be trained on marketing strategy and across all the marketing channels to help you collaborate better and work with the team.
