We’re expanding search at Workwize and looking for a senior SEO and technical growth leader to help us build search as infrastructure (and not just keyword execution🤓). This role sits at the intersection of technical foundations, content intent, HubSpot, and AI-driven discovery.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys reasoning about why performance looks the way it does, is comfortable across GSC, CMS and engineering trade-offs, and understands how modern search works—AI Overviews, zero-click SERPs, and LLM-mediated discovery—especially in B2B or product-led environments.
