What Youβll Do:Β
In this role, you are the architect and co-owner of how our Marketing team plans, tracks, and wins. You will translate big ideas into a clear, scalable martech ecosystem and the AI agents that power it behind the scenes. You won't just set up tools; you'll design workflows β in close partnership with our MOPs, Brand, Web, Campaigns, Growth, and Field teams β that actually reflect how work gets done.
As a hands-on collaborator and builder, you'll partner across the team to identify high-ROI opportunities and ship AI-powered workflows using tools like Serval, Claude, and Gemini, as well as AI functionality in our existing tooling. You are Outcome-Obsessed β you don't just "use AI," you co-own the roadmap for how these agents elevate our operations and move the needle for the business. You understand Perfect Imperfection, meaning you'd rather ship a high-impact automation and iterate based on real feedback than wait for a "perfect" system that never launches.
