Senior Marketing Copywriter

At Billie, we’re building a brand that speaks with clarity, wit, and purposeβ€”where every word earns its place. As our Senior Marketing Copywriter, you’ll help shape and evolve our voice across every touchpoint, from big campaign ideas to the smallest product detail. We’re looking for a thoughtful storyteller who can dream up concepts, bring them to life, and keep everything feeling unmistakably Billie.


What you’ll do:

  • Own and evolve Billie’s brand voice, keeping it consistent, fresh, and distinctly us across every channel
  • Concept and write copy across email, site, retail, social, product launches, and global partner needs
  • Lead the copy process from brief to final, managing workflows, timelines, and feedback loops with creative ops
  • Collaborate closely with design, DTC, retail, customer service, and product marketing to create cohesive, end-to-end storytelling
  • Bring campaigns to life, from big brand-building moments to lower funnel executions that still feel thoughtful and on-brand
  • Shape and refine site messaging and storytelling through ongoing testing, iteration, and optimization
  • Keep things organized by maintaining a living library of copy and ensuring consistency across past and present work
  • In partnership with creative ops, establish and manage optimal copy workflows and timelines to ensure efficiency and consistency
  • Concept, execute, and lead larger, disruptive campaigns for key brand moments and new product launches in partnership with design and creative leads


What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience writing copy that spans channels, with a portfolio that shows both craft and concept
  • A strong point of view on voice, with the ability to flex tone while keeping it grounded in the brand
  • Comfort navigating feedback from multiple stakeholders while protecting the integrity of the work
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach to working cross-functionally with creative and marketing partners
  • A deep understanding of Billie, our customer, our product, and what makes the brand resonate Clear, thoughtful communication skills when presenting ideas and managing projects An ability to juggle multiple priorities, fast timelines, and high standards for quality


The salary range for this position is $88,000–$132,000. Compensation for this position varies based on a range of equal opportunity factors, including but not limited to role scope, level of experience, relevant skills, education and credentials, external and internal benchmarks for equivalent roles and experience, business sector, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the specific facts and circumstances of each case. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package may also include, for eligible roles, bonus, and long-term Incentive.
