Our off-grid cabins across the UK invite guests to disconnect from tech, reconnect with themselves, and recharge offline. No Wi-Fi, no notifications, no doom scrolling. Just three days of real rest.
We’ve grown to 50 cabins with a 85%+ occupancy, set to double this number in 2026, plus already have an audience of over 250K on social media channels.
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly capable, hands-on Senior Growth Manager to bring our growth function in-house and take full ownership of how we scale.
Historically, our growth strategy has leaned heavily on the creative side - PR, brand, and influencer activity.
We’re now doubling down on the “science” of growth: building a repeatable, data-driven engine across digital channels, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimisation.
This is a unique opportunity to join at a pivotal moment. You’ll take control of key growth levers, and build a high-performing, machine-like system for scaling revenue.
What You’ll Do
Own the Growth Engine
- Take full responsibility for growth performance across channels
- Transition key activities from agency to in-house ownership
- Build and optimise a scalable, repeatable growth system
Drive Digital Performance
- Manage and optimise paid acquisition (or oversee freelancers where needed)
- Improve website conversion rates through testing and experimentation
- Lead organic growth across social and email channels
Be Deeply Data-Driven
- Analyse performance across the funnel and identify key levers for growth
- Build attribution clarity through both quantitative analysis and qualitative insights
- Run experiments and iterate quickly based on results
Get Close to the Customer
- Conduct customer interviews and calls to understand behaviour and attribution
- Translate insights into actionable growth strategies
Think Beyond Channels
- Contribute to broader growth thinking, including product-led growth opportunities
- Identify scalable opportunities beyond traditional marketing
Leverage AI in Growth
- Stay ahead of how AI is reshaping growth and marketing
- Apply AI tools and thinking to improve efficiency and performance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong digital fluency across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
- Highly analytical, comfortable working with data and experimentation
- Hands-on operator who can execute as well as think strategically
- Fast learner with high intellectual curiosity
- Comfortable working across both quantitative and qualitative inputs
- Experience in complex, multi-channel growth environments
