The Role:

You will own the most important written assets in the business - VSLs, sales pages, ad creative, and email sequences (while shaping the messaging frameworks and narrative direction that underpin every campaign).Beyond the copy, you'll play a meaningful role in how this brand is built and perceived. You will be a visible, credible face of the brand with opportunities for media appearances.


What you’ll
be doing::

• Building high-converting funnels: You’ll be in charge of writing the copy of end to end funnels (lead magnets/ check outs/ landing pages/ post purchase)

• Focusing on psychological copywriting: Writing the copy for our info-products and SAAS offers and understanding our customer and what resonates with them to serve them.

• Webinar Strategy: You understand how webinars work and the processes to drive traffic and conversion to them from the landing page copy, to the marketing, to the emails and ads.

• Ad Strategy: You understand ADs, you most likely save them too and your job will be to find how to execute them for us.

• Email Mastery: You’ll be working with Lara on engineering our email lists for growth and conversion.

• Working smarter with AI: You'll be expected to learn and leverage our stack - Figma, Notion, and AI tools like Claude to scale your output

• You'll be collaborating closely with leadership to shape campaign messaging, content concepts and creative strategy.


The Ideal Candidate:

• You think strategically and can ideate campaign angles, not just execute briefs.

• You are self-motivated, deadline-driven, and highly organised across multiple concurrent projects.

• You are comfortable in fast-paced, in-person environments and can show up fully when required.

• You are performance-oriented and enjoy iterating on copy based on data and feedback.

• You are comfortable building the strategy, pitching to media and engaging in community conversations.

• You can design simple assets yourself where needed.

• Analytically creative: you can take a number, a trend, or a data point and turn it into something worth reading.

• Standard-bearer: you hold the line on quality and consistency across every format, platform, and touchpoint.

• Proactive: spots the opportunity before being asked and moves on it.


Requirements:

• You have 2–3 years of direct-response copywriting experience across emails, VSLs, landing pages, and paid ads.

• You have a proven track record of writing copy that has directly contributed to revenue.• You understand Facebook and Instagram paid ads and what hooks cold traffic and drives conversions.

• You understand LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube as sales and nurture channels.

• You have familiarity with the personal branding, online education, or creator economy space (this is a plus).

• You are fully available and not engaged in other full-time roles or commitments.
