Senior Digital Copywriter

Hello DIGITAL COPYWRITERS with AI & retail!
We're partnering with a well-known online pet retailer to find a Senior Digital Copywriter for a long-term, 40-hour/week contract opportunity.
Fully remote (EST/CST hours).
This role will focus on digital customer communications across email, website, social media, paid social, and push notifications, creating compelling, conversion-focused content that drives engagement and sales.
We're looking for someone who:
• Has strong retail copywriting experience, ideally from a major retailer such as Walmart, Target, or another high-volume eCommerce brand
• Is fluent in AI and actively incorporates AI tools into their copywriting workflow
• Has experience writing across email, CRM, website, social, paid social, and push channels
• Understands the DTC customer journey and performance-driven messaging
• Is collaborative, adaptable, and easy to work with
Pet category experience is a plus.
