Senior Content Writer

Draftt is a Bangalore-based content and brand studio. We help B2B teams sharpen their brand narrative and create flagship content their audience remembers. Our work spans original research reports, sharp editorials and newsletters, website messaging, and virtual events. Our clients include notable B2B brands backed by marquee investors including Clueso, Toddle, Skydo, Hiver, Truecaller, and Jetri.

What You'll Be Doing

• Researching: Interview founders, product marketers, subject-matter experts, and customers to uncover original insights.
• Writing: Turn raw research into stories worth reading, across research reports, playbooks, narrative-led campaigns, sales decks, and executive thought-leadership.
• Reviewing & Editing: Strengthen arguments, sharpen positioning, challenge weak briefs; guide writers and contributors through thoughtful feedback.
• Shipping: Copy for landing pages, newsletters, webinar campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and sales battlecards.
• AI-pilling: Experiment intelligently with GenAI (ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable) to improve research, ideation, and catching the slop.
• Project managing: Own projects end to end, managing stakeholders, timelines, and feedback cycles.

What You Bring

• 7-8 years of professional writing and editorial experience, including at least 4-5 years in B2B, in-house or at an agency.
• A portfolio with range across long-form editorial, research-led content, website copy, and distribution assets.
• Strong interviewing and research skills, extracting insights from technical or specialised subject matter.
• A solid understanding of positioning, messaging, audience intent, and content's role across the B2B customer journey.
• Excellent editorial judgment and the confidence to explain why an angle, headline, structure, or argument needs to change.
• Experience managing complex projects and collaborating with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong Notion muscle memory; bonus for Webflow, Framer and Figma.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools: have built Claude skills or .md-based projects, and can run a team project in Claude without help.
• Experience mentoring writers or leading editorial reviews is a strong plus.
