Hi, weâre Big Human. Weâre a full-service creative agency. We work with the worldâs most interesting brands to bring their vision to life through technology, design, branding and marketing.
Since 2010, weâve produced 262 websites, 80 applications and 50 brands for 247 satisfied clients (Rockefeller Center, Gemini, Quinn and Netflix, to name just a few). And weâve still found time for our own passion projects on the side (like HQ Trivia and Vine).
As we continue expanding our marketing capabilities, weâre looking for a Senior Content Strategist & Copy Lead to help shape how we tell brand storiesâboth for our clients and for Big Human itself.
We are looking for a strategic, creative and detail-oriented writer who can own content strategy, editorial management and copywriting across various projects. This role will focus on client work and Big Humanâs own brand marketing, ensuring high-quality content across websites, blogs and marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate is both a skilled writer and a content managerâsomeone who can craft compelling copy as well as assign and edit content. Many of our projects are rooted in building something from the ground up, so you should be a creative thinker who can also make strategic recommendations. Youâll be working on website copy, landing pages, editorial strategy and other creative endeavors, ensuring our clientsâ and Big Humanâs messaging is engaging, clear and optimized for performance.
This is a mid-to-senior-level role reporting to the Director of Marketing.

This role is fully remote, with preference for someone based in the Tri-State area (or ease of travel to NYC for our coworking days and team gatherings). Compensation is commensurate with experience, and ranges from $95,000-125,000.
