Today, you two have your own inside jokes. You each know exactly what will make the other one bust out laughing. You know when to swoop in and fill the gap when the other's expertise runs out of gas.

Now look around at where you are. It's time to move on. You've been thinking the grass is greener for awhile now. You'd like to try something different, take on more, but neither of you would ever quit on the other one. I've been there.
