I’m looking for a *Scientific Content Associate* to join the Glucose Goddess team, full-time and remote.

👉 This is for someone who loves reading scientific studies, thinking critically, and turning complex research into clear, engaging content.

👉 Perfect if you have an MSc or PhD in natural sciences, love making science accessible, and have an eye for social media and visuals.

👉 Bonus points if you’ve read Glucose Revolution and use the glucose hacks.

Do you live and breathe making science accessible?

This is an entry-level role for someone with a strong scientific academic education, an interest in social media and a passion to make scientific research engaging. You will report to the Head of Science & Content.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Proposing and creating science-based content for the GG audience
• Monitoring newly published scientific research and identify relevant studies
• Reading and critically assessing scientific articles
• Writing and reviewing copy
• Becoming a key thought partner within the team on all things science, research, and evidence

• Are confident using AI tools, with strong critical judgement
• Are extremely organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Have a willingness to learn, take feedback and grow quickly within the role

Performance Expectations

• Every relevant new study is identified quickly and assessed critically
• Every piece of content makes complex science clear, engaging and relevant to the GG audience
• Every scientific claim is accurate, nuanced and grounded in strong evidence

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in a natural sciences field
• Native English speaker
• Strong communication and self-management in a remote environment
• Based in Europe or similar time zone for smoother collaboration

Homework

1. Exercise 1:
   What are current debates in nutrition and metabolic science that interest you? Why? (word limit: 500)
2. Exercise 2:
   Find two interesting scientific articles published in 2026 relating to glucose spikes.
   1. Write a short paragraph for each article with a critical science appraisal (why it’s important, how solid is the evidence, how it relates to other studies on the topic). The audience for this is the internal GG team.
   2. Create a 6 slide carousel about each study, following similar formats as these:

      Standing desk and glucose
