We’re hiring a Reddit Specialist in a 100% remote role.

📌 Full time OR freelancer.

You’ll be joining our team while working with some up and coming SaaS brands.

You'll be working in tandem with the SEO team ( Altug Kop & Elena Dyulgerova 👋 ) collaborating on all things Reddit.

We’re looking for someone who is ✅ :

Salary Range 💷

  • Base salary is variable depending on experience - to be discussed on call.

About You 😄

  • You have experience in organic Reddit marketing
  • You know inside out the tech stack required not to get Reddit accounts flagged
  • You’ve worked on Reddit-led acquisition or brand strategy companies and know how to drive results without getting flagged or shadow banned
  • You are committed to delivering exceptional results to our portfolio of SaaS clients by driving incremental revenue gains through Reddit
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can explain the value of Reddit as a channel to both clients and team members
  • You’re very process driven and excellent at project management
  • You are driven and self-directed in a remote work environment
  • You are passionate about staying sharp and plugged into platform trends, subreddit dynamics, and Reddit’s ever-changing culture
  • Your are a proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for clients and your team

Responsibilities 🧑‍💻

  • Manage 8-12 SEO clients per month with a Reddit-first approach
  • Develop and execute Reddit strategies that position clients where conversations are already happening
  • Research subreddits, user behavior, and community norms to identify growth angles and messaging opportunities
  • Create and manage comment strategies, Reddit-first content formats, and white-hat participation methods
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams to integrate Reddit mentions into Google rankings and broader SERP visibility
  • Manage the Reddit teck stack so we don't get our accounts banned or removed
  • Stay on top of Reddit algorithm updates, subreddit rule changes, and engagement trends
  • Be genuinely interested in, study, and become an expert in Reddit’s intersection with SaaS and B2B buyer intent
  • Help us stay at the forefront of Reddit SEO as a new service line, continuously improving systems and workflows

Ownership 💪

  • 3-5 weekly zoom calls
  • Daily communication via Slack
  • Weekly 1:1 with team lead
  • Daily project management ( Mainly in Notion )
