Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Marketing Associate with a strong focus on growth marketing, marketing automation, and campaign execution.

This role owns how users move from awareness to activation and conversion, while also supporting day-to-day marketing execution.

What You’ll Do

• Build and optimize automated marketing journeys across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and CRM tools.
• Plan and execute growth-focused marketing campaigns end-to-end.
• Create and manage content that supports awareness, education, and conversion.
• Translate Blumefy’s products and migration routes into clear, compelling messaging.
• Support lead nurturing, follow-ups, and re-engagement to improve conversion rates.
• Support product, service, and country launches with integrated campaigns.
• Track funnel and campaign performance and optimize based on data.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
• Strong content creation and messaging ability.
• Solid understanding of marketing channels and conversion funnels.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Ability to execute independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
