A Faith Project is a faith-based podcast. We’re seeking a creative and tech-savvy individual to join our team on a freelance basis. If you’re passionate about podcasts, social media, and digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Video Editing: Edit full-length podcast episodes for YouTube and create shorter clips for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Social Media Management & Planning: Develop, plan, and schedule content, engage with followers, and monitor social media channels to increase audience engagement and grow our online presence.
- General Marketing Support: Assist with the creation of marketing materials and other promotional activities to help expand our podcast’s reach.
- Website Maintenance: Perform routine updates and maintenance on our Squarespace website, ensuring that content is current and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools like Canva.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and publishing tools like Planoly, especially in relation to podcast promotion.
- Basic knowledge of website management, specifically with Squarespace.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Nice to Have: Experience with Riverside.fm or similar podcast recording tools.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Previous experience working on podcasts or digital media/video projects.
