We're hiring

We're looking for someone who is chronically online, ridiculously proactive and obsessed with building communities from the ground up.

  • Someone who can take a voice note or half-formed thought and turn it into brilliant content.
  • Someone who knows what's happening online before we do.
  • Someone who'll obsess over the big picture AND the 1%: the content, community, data, DMs, bios, links, manychat flows, email lists, pinned posts + everything in between.
  • You'll own our content machine across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram + Substack, work with our freelance editors & creators, capture content with us IRL when needed, build community + make sure we're turning attention into opportunities.

More than anything, we're looking for someone who is kind, good fun + has big dreams. Someone who believes anything is figure-out-able

And if you know someone who would be perfect, please tag them below / send this their way

We're looking for the self-proclaimed "SULT rejects" and the "SULT rejects" only (and if you don't know who we mean, this might not be the right role for you)... JK. But we ARE hiring a Personal Brand Manager for Verity Park + Osman Badat

If you LOVE building, you're ambitious, driven, chronically online and live & breathe social media... this one's for you.

Your job? Own and grow our personal brands - making sure everything we put into the world feels like us, builds community and creates opportunities.

You'll:

  • Define our brands – work with us to refine what the Verity + Osman brands are, then make decisions only through that lens.
  • Own the content machine – manage our content calendars across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram + Substack, balancing evergreen content with reactive, culturally relevant moments.
  • Turn thoughts into content – take voice notes, conversations, half-formed ideas + existing content and turn them into scripts and concepts that sound unmistakably like us.
  • Lead us – we're not the social media experts, you are. Tell us what we should be talking about, what we should be filming and what we need to do differently to grow.
  • Make content happen – we'll film a lot ourselves and work with freelance editors, but you'll direct the process end-to-end: briefing, reviewing edits, quality checking + getting everything ready to go. You'll also sometimes capture content yourself at shoots, lunches, events + IRL moments.
  • Build community, not just followers – manage conversations across our channels, make sure we're replying, engaging and actually building relationships with the people following us.
  • Turn attention into opportunity – make sure DMs, enquiries + leads don't disappear into the abyss. Build the systems behind the brands - from Flodesk and ManyChat to making sure opportunities reach the right people.
  • Obsess over what's happening online – know the conversations, formats + trends worth jumping on and creatively rework our ideas and existing content to make the most of them.
  • Sweat the 1% – bios, links, profiles, pinned posts, automations, CTAs… constantly spot the little things that could make the brands better.
  • Obsess over the data – understand what's resonating, share the insights with us and DOUBLE DOWN on what works.
  • Bring brand partnerships to life – work closely with our Talent Manager (at tbh) to deliver an exceptional service to the brands we partner with.

Basically: you'll drive our personal brands forward.

More than anything, we're looking for someone who is kind, good fun and has big dreams. Someone who's a brilliant writer, naturally curious, commercially aware and believes anything is figure-out-able. You'll work incredibly closely with us. We will move quickly when the moment needs it - but we also believe great reactive content comes from having really solid systems behind the scenes.

Location: Wigmore Street, London (hybrid – 2x days in-office + events/lunches/shoots as needed)

Salary: £30,000–£40,000 (dependent on experience)

Contract: Full-time & permanent

Hours: 9–5pm WFH / 10–6pm office days

Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays + your birthday, plus our office closes between Christmas & New Year

Right to work: You'll need to have the right to work in the UK – unfortunately, we're not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Reporting to: Verity Park, working closely with Verity + Osman day-to-day.

Perks (after 6 months):

  • Spill – online therapy support (1x one-off session + 1x 6-session course)
  • ClassPass – 57 monthly credits that roll over

To apply, send us your CV + a 2 minute video CV. We're deliberately not giving you much of a brief. We want to understand why us, why you & the first change you'd make if you were successful. How you show us that? Completely up to you.

Deadline: 21st September 2026

Process: First-round interviews w/c 28th September → second-round interviews → October start (depending on notice period).
