I'm partnering with a profitable fintech startup, that is beginning to invest in upper-funnel/brand campaigns. This is a huge opportunity to shape how the brand shows up before it’s everywhere!
What makes this exciting:
➕ Real creative runway: CEO and leadership are open to bold, funny, distinctive work. If the ideas are strong, they’ll get supported.
➕ High-output performance environment: Massive appetite for creative volume (hundreds of assets/month) and experimentation across paid social, TikTok, YouTube, etc. making it a playground for performance-minded creatives.
➕ Growing team with room to shape it: ~25-person creative org that’s still relatively new and evolving. You'll have space to influence processes, standards, and building culture across the team.
➕ Culture: No BS, scrappy, hands-on, emotionally mature team. Mix of UK and US talent, lean org, low tolerance for egos, high expectations on craft.
What they're prioritizing:
➕ Paid social + UGC copywriting work demonstrated via portfolio
➕ Creatives used to working in an agency model that understand briefing processes, concept development, approval processes, SELLING work through multiple layers of stakeholders, and iterating through a lot of feedback.
Contract Details
➕ Start Date: ASAP, as early as this week/next week
➕ Tentative Workload: 40 hours/week
➕ Pay Range: ~$50-80/hr. based on experience, level, location, etc.
➕ 3 month initial contract to start, potential for extension / conversion
