About The Role:

Podcast Visibility Strategist (Part-Time Employee  10- 15 hours/week

About the Role:
Your Expert Guest, a podcast publicity and guest booking agency, is seeking a Podcast Visibility Strategist to help amplify the voices of women thought leaders, founders, and changemakers through the power of podcasts.

In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with clients and our team to manage podcast outreach campaigns from start to finish — from researching right-fit shows to developing compelling interview angles, crafting pitches, coordinating interviews, and tracking results. You’ll play a key role in ensuring each client has a seamless and successful experience.

This is a part-time,  employee position (10 hours per week) at $30-$35/hour DOE. We’re a small, growing agency with a collaborative culture, and this role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a leadership position as the company expands.

What You’ll Do

• Develop strong relationships with your clients during meetings and regular communication.
• Support new client onboarding and develop a deep understanding of their goals and expertise
• Research and curate tailored podcast lists for each client
• Follow established SOP’s
• Craft compelling interview topics and outreach pitches
• Manage podcast outreach, scheduling, and communication between guests and hosts
• Prepare both guest and host for interviews and ensure follow-up is completed
• Track progress and maintain accurate client reports
• Participate in weekly team meetings and client strategy calls

• Have excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
• Have experience in PR, podcast booking, or marketing communications
• Are a strong writer who can tailor messaging to different audiences
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up
• Are comfortable working independently while collaborating with a small remote team
• Enjoy solving problems, improving systems, and helping clients shine
• Looking for flexible part-time work, with opportunities to grow within the organization
• Are available for occasional weekday meetings between 9 AM – 3 PM PST
• Are curious about leadership and strategy, and excited to take on more ownership over time

Compensation & Hours

• $30- $35/hour + performance bonuses
• Approximately 10-15 hours per week
• Flexible schedule, with some overlap needed during standard business hours (9 AM – 3 PM PST)
