Everyday Battles is a female-led fitness and education company supporting pregnant and postpartum athletes and the coaches who train them. We’re passionate about providing no-nonsense, evidence-based programs that prioritize long-term athleticism, health, and integrity.
We’re looking for a detail-driven, tech-savvy Operations + Project Management Assistant to help support our systems, launch plans, and team operations. You’ll work closely with our Director of Operations to ensure that projects, launches, and systems run smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a part-time contractor role with growth potential as our brand expands.

Responsibilities
- Review + maintain project management system daily
- Track project timelines, follow up with team members, and flag blockers
- Update and manage company SOPs directory
- Maintain and help with creation of opt-in/sales pages
- Spearhead email marketing (sending/scheduling)
- Support product launches and marketing initiatives
- Provide admin support to the Ops Director and CEO as needed
- Weekly outreach to podcasters and podcast guests
Systems We Use:
Click Up, Asana, Zoom, Slack, Canva, GSuite, Click Funnels, Kit, Zapier, Wordpress, Thrivecart, Teachable, Loom, Acuity, Link Tree, among others.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, OBM, or admin roles in an online business
- Familiarity with digital marketing launches and working remotely
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- Tech-savvy with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using or eagerness to learn our tech stack (mentioned above)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Stable internet connection, computer and independent work space.
- Strong familiarity with the systems and tools we use.
- Must be available for at least 2–3 hours of overlap within 9am–5pm MST, Mon–Fri
- Must be able to attend our weekly team meeting on Mondays at 9:30am MT
Compensation
- Starting at ~8 hours/week
- $750/month
- This is a 1099 contractor role
- Potential for increased hours and responsibilities based on performance
