Nancy, my SEO hiring assistant, is back with yet another fresh new role for the SEO & AI Search Team at Hostinger✨

This brings the total to 3 roles I'm looking to hire for my team, all remote, all EU/UK timezone (do not apply if it's not your timezone), full time in-house (contractor setup required outside of UK and Lithuania):

Onsite SEO Team Lead - leads, hires and coaches our on-site specialist team, owning on-site strategy and the site-wide topical map across all products to close content gaps and scale our semantic SEO framework.

Technical SEO Lead (IC) - a senior IC role (no direct reports) owning technical SEO end to end on our large, multilingual site, covering crawlability, indexation, structured data, migrations and AI crawler readiness.

Senior Onsite SEO Specialist - owns SEO strategy for one or more product verticals from the ground up (not just optimising existing pages), building scalable organic growth across multiple markets.
Salary is based on specific location and experience (no room in the ad for all cities and countries in Europe or UK, sorry)

Your role at Hostinger

Hostinger operates at a real scale - millions of pages, dozens of locales, products launching constantly. On-site SEO at this level is how the whole site fits together: architecture, internal linking, the topical map, and the bridge between the pages that convert and the content that feeds them. We need someone to own it.

As On-Site SEO Team Lead, you'll own the on-site SEO strategy across every product, lead our on-site specialists, govern the site-wide topical map, and scale our semantic SEO framework across the landing-page estate. You'll partner closely with Content SEO, Technical SEO, and Localization. This is also a people-leadership role - you'll grow a team and be measured on what it ships.

Your day-to-day

• Own on-site SEO strategy across all products: landing pages, architecture, internal linking, and URL structure.
• Govern the site-wide topical map and prioritize the content backlog against it.
• Close the landing-page / content gap that drives both rankings and conversions.
• Scale our semantic SEO framework so we own whole conversations, not single keywords.
• Lead, hire, and coach the on-site specialist team.
• Translate on-site wins into acquisition and billings impact for stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

Must-haves:

• 5+ years in on-site / content SEO on large, complex, multi-locale websites.
• Deep expertise in site architecture, internal linking, URL/taxonomy strategy, and landing-page optimization at scale.
• Hands-on experience with topical maps and semantic SEO / topical authority frameworks.
• People leadership experience, or clear readiness to step into a team lead role.
• Commercially minded and comfortable influencing across content, technical, localization, and product.
• Proficient with Ahrefs or SEMrush, GSC, GA4, and Screaming Frog / Sitebulb.

Nice-to-haves:

• AI search readiness: structured content for citation, entity clarity, EEAT signals.
• Multi-locale topical maps and programmatic / template-scale page builds.
• AI tools and automations to scale audits and briefs.
