What You'll Be Doing

• • Managing, mentoring and developing a team of three copywriters
• • Reviewing and approving copy to ensure quality and consistency
• • Writing emotive, engaging product descriptions that help customers show they care
• • Creating copy for email, social media, paid media, web and other marketing channels
• • Writing SEO-friendly blogs, category content and metadata
• • Contributing ideas and copy for major campaigns and occasions
• • Using AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and originality
• • Ensuring all content aligns with the NetFlorist brand voice

What We're Looking For

• • 4+ years of copywriting experience
• • Excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail
• • Strong SEO writing experience
• • Experience using AI tools effectively and responsibly
• • Experience reviewing, mentoring or guiding junior team members is advantageous
• • Strong organisational and project management skills
• • Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives
• • Relevant qualification is advantageous

What Will Help You Stand Out

• • Experience in ecommerce, retail or consumer brands
• • Experience working with SEO tools and content performance reporting
• • Experience leading small projects or managing junior team members
• • A portfolio showcasing a variety of copywriting styles and channels
