Marketing Trainee

Hiring alert 🚨 I'm looking for our first-ever Marketing Trainee at SaaStorm. Amsterdam area, co-work with me weekly/bi-weekly, get a full-time role in 6 months if it clicks.

We've always been a team of seniors: no juniors, no trainees, no interns.

But I've been thinking for a while - what if we brought someone in at the very beginning of their career and built them into the marketer I wish I had when I started?

This isn't a "fetch me coffee and update the spreadsheet" role. This is you, embedded in a growing agency, learning how B2B SaaS organic marketing actually works from the inside.

Here's what you'll learn:

→ tools like Semrush, Scrunch, AirOps, Surfer
→ CMS platforms like Webflow, WordPress, Framer
→ SEO, AEO, and content strategy for real B2B SaaS clients
→ how to publish, optimize, and track content that drives pipeline
→ how we build content briefs, run client reporting, and manage projects

Here's what you'll do:

→ learn how to work with real clients from Series A and B SaaS companies
→ support our senior organic growth strategists with day-to-day tasks
→ co-work with me weekly/bi-weekly at WeWork in Amsterdam
→ sit in on client calls, team meetings, and strategy sessions
→ help publish and optimize content across client websites

Here's the deal:

💸 This is a full-time/part-time paid position.
🤝 We'll discuss compensation based on your experience.
🐥 You'll start as a trainee working alongside me and our senior team.
👩‍💻 You need to be in Amsterdam area, so we can co-work weekly/bi-weekly.
🧑‍💼 After 6 months, I'll offer you a Junior Organic Growth Strategist position.

→ curious enough to dive in anything new
→ you know what's Claude and how to use it
→ interested in B2B SaaS, content, SEO, AI search
→ experience matters less than attitude and hunger
→ can work independently without micromanagement
→ you actually want to learn, not just collect a paycheck

This is my personal investment into someone who wants to grow fast in a space that's changing even faster. You'll learn things in 6 months that would take 2 years anywhere else.
