Remote, from anywhere | $2,500–$4,000/month | Full-time contract

The role: run promos, webinars, and campaigns end to end, lead a small ops pod, and fix the processes that break — root cause, not escalation.

It's a good fit for someone who thinks in systems and wants proper ownership. You report directly to the CEO/CMO, so the work is visible and the feedback loop is short.
