Marketing Operations Assistant

Dr. Mom Digital Marketing is looking for an entry-level Marketing Operations Assistant to help keep projects organized, deadlines on track, and client and content work supported.

Looking to hire for a September 1, 2026 start date.

• Up to 40 hours per month, based on business needs
• $15/hour, W-2 employee position
• Primarily remote, with the potential for occasional in-office training, meetings, or team collaboration when necessary
• Our office hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Closed Fridays.
• Located in Ross Township, PA 15237
• Admin, project coordination, and light creative work
• Tools include Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Canva, and Monday (training provided)

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, dependable, and eager to learn and grow with a marketing agency over time.

Because occasional in-person training or meetings may be required, applicants should be within reasonable commuting distance of Ross Township, PA 15237.
