Job Description

What you get to do in this role:
ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead engagement initiatives for our executive persona audience across top enterprise accounts.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing flagship executive programs and hospitality experiences designed to deepen relationships with senior business and technology leaders, elevate brand perception, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, program management excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional experiences that reflect ServiceNow’s brand and values.

In this role you will:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to engage executive audiences through flagship programs, regional events, and curated hospitality experiences.
• Partner with account-based marketing and sales teams to identify, target, and recruit executive participants aligned to top account priorities.
• Collaborate with regional sales, field marketing, customer engagement, and operations teams to ensure program alignment, execution excellence, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with global marketing peers and brand teams to ensure regional programs align with ServiceNow’s global brand strategy, creative direction, and messaging.
• Adapt programs for cultural and market nuances across the US, Canada, and LATAM, delivering experiences that are locally relevant and globally consistent.
• Build scalable processes and best practices for recruitment, planning, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
• Define and measure success through clear KPIs and provide insights to continuously improve program impact.
• Uphold ServiceNow’s brand standards and deliver an exceptional, customer-centric experience in every engagement.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, executive programs, or field marketing, ideally within enterprise technology.
• Proven success designing and executing high-impact programs for C-level and senior executive audiences.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across sales, brand, and global marketing teams.
• Analytical mindset with ability to define, track, and communicate measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and executive presence.
