Frankie and I both work out of our London office, but we're happy to speak to applicants in Leeds and Manchester as well. Expect travel across the UK and abroad as part of this role too 🌎

Connective3 is a fast-growing performance marketing agency that has grown from 6 to 140 people in just 6 years. Our marketing team has driven a lot of that growth, creating standout content and events like Up North & Digital Bites.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced and ambitious team to help take our brand to the next level. Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you’ll be instrumental in activating our marketing strategy. You’ll work across our social media strategy, content creation, events, and marketing materials, helping us tell our story across multiple channels. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines, from thought leadership to video production, while being mentored by some of the best in the industry. This is an exciting time to join, with marketing playing a pivotal role in driving our continued growth.

• Social Media: Develop and deliver Connective3’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram & TikTok. Create fresh, engaging content weekly to grow our audience and brand presence.

• Events: Leading on the organisation and coordination of key event logistics, including our flagship Digital Bites, Up North and our Supper Clubs. From concept to execution, you’ll help us create memorable experiences for clients and prospects.

• Content marketing & marketing materials: Produce blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership content. Manage content across our website and external platforms like The Drum. Help create banners, print and other promotional collateral.

• Video marketing: Own the roadmap for Connective3’s video content, creating briefs, and working with internal teams to film/edit the content to ensure a consistent stream of branded video.

• Website & YouTube Management: Keep our website up-to-date and engaging, and publish content across YouTube and other relevant channels.

• Sales support: Attend client and industry events (UK & Europe) to capture content and network with prospects and support the sales team with relevant collateral.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Confident at networking and building relationships with colleagues, prospects, and clients at industry events.

• Experience in creative/digital/media marketing agencies is beneficial, but we’re open to marketers from all backgrounds.

• Strong understanding of B2B content channels (especially LinkedIn) and experience creating content across social, video, and web.

• Video editing and content creation skills are desirable.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to lead projects independently.

• Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and Europe at regular intervals.

• Preferred, but not essential: WordPress and events management experience.
