Role Overview:

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, driving campaigns from strategy to execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s ready to take ownership, learn quickly, and contribute to building a strong foundation for our growing marketing function.

What you own:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Work closely with the Head of Product Marketing to craft and implement strategies that attract, engage, and retain customers.
    • Research and identify key messaging angles, platforms, and campaign approaches that resonate with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
    • Collaborate across teams to gather insights, refining our marketing approach to better meet customer needs.
  • Campaign Management & Automation:
    • Design and manage automated campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring they’re tailored to the different stages of the customer journey.
    • Segment campaigns based on ICPs, behaviors, and lifecycle stages to deliver personalized experiences.
    • Oversee daily campaign operations, including testing, optimizations, and performance tracking.
  • Copy & Content Creation:
    • Develop engaging and effective copy for various marketing channels, including email, in-product notifications, and social media.
    • Work closely with our design team to brief and develop the necessary assets for campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization:
    • Analyze campaign performance data and use it to make informed decisions and improvements.
    • Run A/B tests to optimize messaging, design, and overall campaign performance.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ad Campaigns:
    • Assist in the setup and management of ad campaigns, ensuring they align with our overall marketing strategy.
    • Ensure proper tracking and integration with tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics.
    • Interpret ad performance data and suggest data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, with a strong understanding of the customer journey.
    • Nice to have: worked in a Startup environment
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a bonus), email marketing, and in-product notifications.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to identify effective messaging and campaign strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign setup, management, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms and analytics tools.
  • Self-starter who’s not afraid to challenge the status quo, and is open to both giving and receiving constructive feedback.
