We're hiring a Marketing Manager at Kibu, and I couldn't be more excited to lead a growing team π
For those who don't know Kibu, we make curriculum and software for organizations that serve individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We have our own production studio at our home base in Connecticut, we've partnered with folks like Mike Tyson and Billy Blanks, and we're currently working with nearly 400 provider organizations across 46 states.
The role itself holds ownership across content development, email, social, and marketing operations. It's the kind of opportunity that doesn't come up often - with real responsibility, a mission that genuinely matters, and runway to grow as we scale.
I'm looking for someone a couple years into their career who's a strong writer, AI-fluent, creative, and excited about the work we do. What matters most is sound judgment, clear focus, and deep empathy for the people we serve.

Kibu is seeking a curious, driven Marketing Manager to work directly with our Head of Marketing and help scale how disability service providers across the country discover Kibu. You'll work side-by-side to shape future strategy and own day-to-day execution across a range of inbound and outbound channels: content, email, paid acquisition, social, events, and the marketing operations that power it all. This is a rare opportunity to take on real ownership at a fast-growing, mission-driven startup. Your work will directly influence pipeline, branding, and the lives of the providers (as well as the people they support) who rely on Kibu every day.
You'll love this role if you're an early-career marketer who wants real ownership, hands-on mentorship, and the room to grow as we scale. We're looking for someone who's a strong writer, a self-starter, and genuinely curious about the work - someone who treats AI tools as a force multiplier, sweats the details, and cares deeply about who Kibu serves. What matters most is your communication skills, your appetite to learn, and your hunger to build alongside a small, supportive team.
This position is hybrid with 2-3 days expected in our Stamford, CT office or fully remote.
