Full-time
Remote friendly in (Stamford, Connecticut, United States)

B2B Content Marketing, Content Strategy, Email Marketing, SaaS Marketing, AI and Automation

We're hiring a Marketing Manager at Kibu, and I couldn't be more excited to lead a growing team πŸŽ‰

For those who don't know Kibu, we make curriculum and software for organizations that serve individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We have our own production studio at our home base in Connecticut, we've partnered with folks like Mike Tyson and Billy Blanks, and we're currently working with nearly 400 provider organizations across 46 states.

The role itself holds ownership across content development, email, social, and marketing operations. It's the kind of opportunity that doesn't come up often - with real responsibility, a mission that genuinely matters, and runway to grow as we scale.

I'm looking for someone a couple years into their career who's a strong writer, AI-fluent, creative, and excited about the work we do. What matters most is sound judgment, clear focus, and deep empathy for the people we serve.

Kibu is seeking a curious, driven Marketing Manager to work directly with our Head of Marketing and help scale how disability service providers across the country discover Kibu. You'll work side-by-side to shape future strategy and own day-to-day execution across a range of inbound and outbound channels: content, email, paid acquisition, social, events, and the marketing operations that power it all. This is a rare opportunity to take on real ownership at a fast-growing, mission-driven startup. Your work will directly influence pipeline, branding, and the lives of the providers (as well as the people they support) who rely on Kibu every day.

You'll love this role if you're an early-career marketer who wants real ownership, hands-on mentorship, and the room to grow as we scale. We're looking for someone who's a strong writer, a self-starter, and genuinely curious about the work - someone who treats AI tools as a force multiplier, sweats the details, and cares deeply about who Kibu serves. What matters most is your communication skills, your appetite to learn, and your hunger to build alongside a small, supportive team.

This position is hybrid with 2-3 days expected in our Stamford, CT office or fully remote.

About Kibu:

Kibu is on a mission to redefine education and technology for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). By streamlining workflows for providers, we allow organizations to deliver the highest quality of care. Kibu has raised over $5M in seed funding and supports more than 400 organizations across 46 states.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company or a mission-driven organization in healthcare, education, or a related space.
  • Strong writing and communication skills. You can write clear, persuasive copy for a range of audiences (operators, executives, end users) and adapt your voice across channels.
  • Comfort working across a broad range of marketing functions, including content and comms, demand generation, brand and creative, and marketing operations.
  • Working knowledge of CRMs as well as Canva and/or Figma for basic creative production.
  • High agency and a self-starter mentality.
  • Coachable, curious, and excited to grow alongside a team who'll invest deeply in your development.
  • Genuine interest in Kibu's mission and the IDD community we serve.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and similar) to accelerate marketing work, including research, copywriting, operations, and analysis.
  • Background in a startup environment or other small, fast-moving team.
  • Exposure to demand generation, lifecycle email, paid acquisition, SEO, and/or marketing analytics.
  • Familiarity with the disability services, healthcare, or education landscape.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner closely with our Head of Marketing to shape and execute Kibu's marketing strategy across content, demand gen, brand, and marketing operations.
  • Forming strategy and executing written copy, including blog posts, case studies, email sequences, landing page copy, social posts, and sales enablement content that speaks directly to disability service providers.
  • Own and grow Kibu's email marketing program, including nurture sequences, newsletters, and lifecycle campaigns aimed at providers and operators.
  • Manage Kibu's presence across organic social and emerging channels, growing an existing audience among providers in the I/DD space.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership to keep messaging tight and feedback loops fast.
  • Bring fresh ideas, experiment quickly, and help define what Kibu's brand represents in the industry.
