We're still looking for the perfect Marketing Manager!
We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and brand-conscious Marketing Manager to coordinate and strengthen TWOTHIRDS' global campaign planning, brand messaging, customer lifecycle alignment, and multi-channel marketing execution.
This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, structured planning, and analytical evaluation. Rather than a top-down director, we need a transversal connector who can translate high-level business goals and creative direction into an organized, rhythmic marketing calendar. Your strength lies in structured coordination, creative translation, and long-term planning.
This is a peer-to-peer, highly collaborative position in a flat organization. Strong marketing in this role is not about imposing a separate creative vision; it is about learning the TWOTHIRDS brand values deeply, respecting our creative guidelines, and bringing structure, analytical logic, and long-term vision to our execution.

TWOTHIRDS MARKETING MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Campaign & Commercial Calendar Coordination
-
Omnichannel Commercial Planning: Lead the execution of the global marketing and commercial quarterly and annual calendars across all digital touchpoints (collection drops, limited editions, seasonal sales, and sustainable brand milestones).
-
Cross-Team Alignment: Act as the central operational hub connecting the creative, web, campaign, product/stock, and analytical teams. Ensure that every campaign launches with the correct creative assets, landing pages, CRM setup, and tracking in place.
-
Campaign Briefs & Execution: Translate high-level commercial priorities into structured, actionable campaign briefs. Set clear timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor execution to ensure zero friction during launches.
2. Growth-Aware Alignment & Strategic Support
-
Agency & Analyst Liaison: Provide strategic direction and high-level alignment to our in-house Paid Media Analyst and our external performance agency (Rocket Digital). Because you understand growth mechanics, you will help ensure performance targets are met without compromising brand aesthetics.
-
Strategic Funnel Oversight: Guide customer retention, loyalty, and email marketing frameworks at a level of strategic oversight. Collaborate with our campaign manager and agency to ensure newsletters and flows balance transactional success with brand storytelling.
-
Operational Literacy: Maintain a solid, practical understanding of our growth platforms (specifically Klaviyo and Meta Ads Manager). While you are not running campaigns daily, you must have the technical literacy to understand active setups and serve as a reliable backup when needed.
3. The Creative-Analytical Bridge & Long-Term Planning (Core Focus)
-
Brand-First Data Translation: Understand, respect, and champion the work of TWOTHIRDS' creative and design teams. You must be able to evaluate performance data through a creative lens, ensuring our aesthetic standards, typography rules, and community-driven voice are always protected.
-
Asset Performance Loop: Work closely with the creative team to translate performance data into clear, constructive creative briefs. Help them understand what is working (and why) to optimize video hooks, image formats, and UGC assets.
-
Strategic Seasonal Debriefs: Lead the long-term planning process by performing deep analytical reviews of past collections and seasonal campaigns, extracting clear, actionable insights to guide the strategy of upcoming quarters.
4. Digital Customer Journey & Brand Cohesion (Web/UX Support)
-
Visual Journey Continuity: Ensure a seamless brand journey from our ads and newsletters to our collection landing pages, keeping featured products prioritized on the first scroll and ensuring visual alignment.
-
Collaborative UX Review: Partner with the Web Manager and ecommerce team to review the user experience on our Shopify site (mobile and desktop), identifying visual and navigational friction points to protect both conversion rates and brand standards.
-
Campaign Landing Continuity: Coordinate the visual hierarchy and content structure of promotional and campaign-specific landing pages, ensuring they represent our collection narratives perfectly.
5. Analytics, Reporting & Management Alignment
-
Marketing Dashboards: Monitor and analyze core marketing metrics (LTV, CAC, Contribution Margin, AOV, and Conversion Rates) to keep leadership aligned on marketing health.
-
Data-Informed Decisions: Provide leadership with clear, prioritized, and practical recommendations based on consolidated multi-channel data, rather than excessive reporting for its own sake.
Requirements
-
Experience: 5+ years of marketing coordination, brand management, or marketing management experience in a D2C Ecommerce environment (ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or design).
-
Holistic Marketing Mindset: Proven track record of managing end-to-end commercial calendars and coordinating cross-functional teams (creative, technical, and analytical).
-
Analytical & Creative Balance: The ability to look at a complex spreadsheet or attribution model and translate those findings into a constructive, inspiring conversation with a graphic designer or video editor.
-
Project Management Skills: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable bringing structure and long-term planning to fast-moving environments.
-
Growth Awareness: Strong conceptual understanding of digital acquisition, attribution, and customer retention. You must understand the data and language of growth, even if performance marketing execution is not your core specialty.
-
Languages: Professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
-
Culture Fit: A genuine affinity for sustainability, slow-fashion values, and ocean conservation.
Nice to Have:
- Practical experience working with Shopify storefronts, Klaviyo and Meta
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to workflow automation, copywriting assistants, or data translation.
