Marketing Generalist (Content + Ops)

Supergrow is a profitable, fast-growing SaaS startup helping professionals build their personal brand on LinkedIn. We’re a lean, founder-led team focused on building high-quality content and brand-led growth systems.

I (the founder) have been handling marketing solo, but it’s time to bring someone on board who can help us go faster and smarter.

What you’ll do

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with me across content, automation, and community. You’ll use AI tools to get more done in less time and help keep everything running smoothly.

• Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks across content, SEO, email, partnerships, and influencer campaigns
• Help in managing founder's LinkedIn account
• Use Zapier/Make to automate repetitive tasks
• Maintain weekly input/output tracker
• Turn existing content into multiple formats
• Community engagement and management

You won’t be alone. I’ll work with you closely, but I want you to take ownership of things.

You’ll do well here if you…

• Have 1–3 years experience in content, marketing ops, or community work
• Actively use AI tools in your workflow (chatgpt, claude, zapier)
• Are super organized and love building clean systems
• Can write clearly, casually, and with a human tone
• Have worked in a small team or startup before (or want to)
• Big plus if you’re already active on LinkedIn and creating content.
