Financial Cents is on the lookout for a proactive and energetic Marketing Development Representative (MDR) to join our dynamic sales team!
As an MDR, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying and nurturing potential clients to pave the way for successful sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential customers and market segments.
Engage with prospects via outbound calls, emails, and social media to generate interest and qualify leads.
Schedule meetings and calls for the sales team with qualified leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize lead generation campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
Provide valuable feedback to improve lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FinTech or SaaS industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about sales and marketing.
