Hello! Slack is looking to hire a contract Integrated Producer to join the Slack Creative team. You’ll join a dynamic group of writers, designers, filmmakers and artists on our creative team to build awareness of the Slack brand.
The integrated production team is the glue that holds our creative processes, stakeholder relationships, and campaign experiences together. This role will primarily focus on leading 360 integrated creative workstreams for video and campaigns that hero Slack at Salesforce’s flagship events, and marquee customer marketing moments.
This includes:
- Managing integrated projects including film, social content, stills, animation, and digital by developing & overseeing creative timelines, scope, and deliverables across all campaign touchpoints, teams, and agencies.
- Developing production proposals that ensure creative output and fulfill strategic program goals while always being two steps ahead in planning, even in ambiguous and fast paced environments.
-Championing creative work by pushing for clarity where needed, advocating for creative needs, and finding pathways for stakeholder success. Additionally, ensuring all partners are kept informed, and (when necessary) educated on the production process.
-Managing Licensing by tracking, advising, and communicating licensing across VO, talent, music, etc. Be the first to evaluate need for permits, releases, usage terms and other rights clearances. Collaborate with sourcing and legal to ensure proper adherence to legal requirements.
Role is for 6 months, beginning in Feb/March ( flexible).
