👩‍💻 Marketing & Creative - Full-time (Boston area local preferred, but not required) A candidate that would be a great fit for this role has: 

• marketing, graphic design, administrative, or copywriting experience 
• a degree in business, marketing, journalism, graphic design, or a related field
• strong organization, communication, & implementation skills (AKA gets stuff done efficiently!)
• familiarity with the features of Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and Pinterest
• experience with the features of Canva or another design software
• interest in social media, content strategy, and creative curation
• ✨bonus✨ familiar with Substack or relevant writing experience
• ✨bonus✨ experience with long-form video content
• ✨bonus✨ interested in cooking and the culinary world
• ✨bonus✨ familiar with Wordpress and blog SEO

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• assist with weekly newsletters and associated writing, design, and curation tasks
• graphics creation and curation for various purposes across platforms
• assist with writing captions, blog posts, and other content and posting across platforms
• participate in and contribute to content strategy, bringing new, creative trending ideas to the table
• work with other members of the business to plan and adapt content calendar across platforms
• daily admin responsibilities across business streams + spearheading internal communications 
• if in person: occasionally assist in the kitchen and with content creation, recipe testing, and overall organization
