We’re growing our associate team at Admin and More Ltd and are looking for a Marketing & Content Associate to join us.

This is a flexible, self-employed opportunity, supporting a range of small businesses and charities with their day-to-day marketing.

If you enjoy helping businesses stay visible and consistent, this could be a lovely fit.

✨ What the role involves:

  • Writing social media content and email newsletters
  • Creating simple, engaging blog articles
  • Repurposing content into multiple formats
  • Scheduling content across platforms
  • Creating visuals using Canva
  • Editing short-form video content (reels, clips, captions)
  • Supporting general marketing activity for clients

Someone who is:

About the Role

As a Marketing & Content Associate, you will support both Admin and More and our clients by delivering high-quality marketing and content support.You will work with a variety of small businesses and charities, helping them to:

  • Stay visible online
  • Communicate clearly with their audience
  • Maintain consistent and professional marketing across platforms

This role focuses on content creation, repurposing, and day-to-day marketing delivery, enabling business owners to focus on running and growing their businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your work may include:

  • Writing engaging social media content and email newsletters
  • Creating simple, well-written blog articles
  • Repurposing content (for example, turning ideas or recordings into posts and blogs)
  • Scheduling content across social media platforms
  • Creating visuals using Canva or similar tools
  • Editing short-form video content (such as reels or social clips)
  • Making basic updates to websites (e.g. WordPress or similar platforms)
  • Supporting with launches, campaigns, and general marketing activity
  • Maintaining brand tone and consistency for each client

How We Work

This is a self-employed associate role, offering:

  • £20.00 per hour
  • Flexible, remote working
  • Work allocated on an as-needed basis depending on client demand

You will be part of a supportive team, whilst maintaining the independence and flexibility of freelance work.
