The posted compensation range of $26.70 - $39.71 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and versatile Marketing and Communications Specialist to become a vital member of our TN/GA Market team within the broader South Region. This pivotal role reports directly to the market-based Marketing and Communication leadership.
The Specialist will be at the forefront of supporting and implementing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies and plans across 65 primary and specialty care clinics, three hospitals, and dozens of critical service lines within the TN/GA market. This role demands a commitment to operational excellence, working in close coordination and direct alignment with both regional and system-level marketing and communications leadership to ensure brand consistency, strategic coherence, and maximum impact.
