Roles I'm hiring for this week ;

My friends at Bayse Markets (formerly Gowagr) are building the first prediction market platform in Africa (Polymarket for Africa) and looking to bring in top talents to continue to scale their growth as Africa's first prediction market

Design Roles

Design Lead: 7+ years design generalist experience (UI, UX, Product, Visual Design) and at least 2 years leadership experience leading a team of designers at a scalable company... Pay range for this role : 800,000 NGN - 1M NGN net

Product Designer : 4+ years designing trading and web 3 interfaces for products adopted at scale in Africa..Pay range for this role : 500,000 NGN - 700,000 NGN net

Growth & Marketing Roles

Product Marketer : 4+ years product marketing experience for consumer products at scale, pay range : 600,000 NGN - 800,000 NGN net

Growth Marketer : 4+ years driving growth across multiple channels for startups and scale-ups through performance marketing & optimization, customer acquisition, data-driven optimizations for consumer products at scale... Pay range : 600,000 NGN - 800,000 NGN net

Ops & Finance Roles

Head of Operations and Finance : Savvy operator with track record of leading operations at fast-paced scaling startups and scale-ups for at least 6+ years. Pay range for this role : 900,000 NGN - 1.2M NGN net

Other Roles

Quantitative Analyst (Quant) : If you are a great quant with experience in building pricing models, algorithms, risk and data analyst, happy to negotiate for this role with you.

Will be in DMs all week going through every application and sending in top three candidates for each role to the team like I did for the Junior PM. All roles are hybrid.
