- Help people crush outbound. Like, actually crush it. Real results. Real meetings. No smoke, no mirrors, just pure outbound goodness
- Turn complex workflows, prospecting tactics, and copywriting techniques into content so clear, even my mom would understand it (and trust me, she still thinks I'm "in computers")
- Rock the camera like it's your job (because, well, it is π€£). Be comfortable in front of the camera, knowing how to deliver actionable content and keep people entertained
β‘οΈ Non-negotiables:
- Proven outbound experience and results. I'll check. Thoroughly! π΅οΈββοΈ
- Senior-level content creation and distribution skills
- Go-getter. Need someone who shoots from the hip. And if you miss, you wonβt hesitate to shoot again as soon as the moment arrives
β‘οΈ Bonus points, not a must:
- Have product marketing experience? Beautiful
- Able to find your way around Clay, N8N, Make? Even better
- Actively building your LinkedIn or YouTube presence? Like it
β‘οΈ About the role, HeyReach, our culture:
- We went from $0 to $5M ARR in 22 months. Profitable, growing fast, very lean. But that doesnβt mean itβs a smooth ride. The actual climb feels like this π§ π§ββοΈβ¦ sometimes in flip flopsβ¦ when even the sun is like "yo, maybe take a break?". Yeah, challenges are tough, but so are we
