Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop and maintain editorial calendars that span multiple platforms and initiatives.
- Lead the content creation lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional quality.
- Empower writers to transform complex technical details into engaging and accessible stories.
- Apply your expert editing skills to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with our client's distinctive voice (rational, authentic, and elegant).
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver unified and impactful messaging.
- Define and enforce editorial standards and best practices to elevate our client's content.
- Identify and implement strategies for content repurposing and optimization across various channels.
- Oversee content review processes, effectively incorporating feedback from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Analyze content performance and conduct audits to inform future strategies.
- Foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment through constructive feedback.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in content strategy and editorial leadership.
- Be the guardian of our client's brand voice, ensuring its consistent application across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in editorial management or content strategy.
- Exceptional editing prowess and an unwavering commitment to detail.
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively and maintain strong organization.
- Experience in leading and mentoring writers and managing editorial workflows.
- A talent for understanding and communicating complex technical information clearly.
