Weâre now looking for a Managing Editor to lead the organic content program for The Digital Project Manager, our flagship publication for delivery leaders managing projects, people and outcomes; leveraging AI to work smarter, deliver faster and lead better in fast-moving tech teams.
In this strategic, high-impact role, youâll own the content roadmap, shape our editorial methodology, and ensure everything we publish is useful, credible, and performance-driven. Youâll also bring a passion and curiosity for connecting with others and surfacing real-world stories to ensure our content is rooted in credible, human insight. As Managing Editor, youâll lead a team of editors and contributors, ensuring the clarity, credibility, and consistency of everything we publish. Youâll collaborate cross-functionally with content operations, SEO, and media teams to continuously improve how we create contentâintegrating AI, refining templates, and developing scalable frameworks that boost both quality and efficiency. With your hands-on experience in project management and PM tools, youâll also shape our editorial voice and sharpen our point of viewâbringing clarity to complexity and championing better digital project work across industries.
Youâll also play a key role in improving content engagement metricsâthinking beyond the written word to explore the use of video, downloadables, surveys, tools, visual assets, and other interactive content formats that serve user needs and strengthen our competitive edge.
$140,000 - $180,000 a year
Salary Statement:
This full-time position is available as a remote role with the option to use our office in Vancouver, BC if you live locally. The role offers an annual base salary in the range of $140,000 to $180,000 CAD. The range is a guide for the expected skills, knowledge, and experience for new hires based in Canada only. Seniority level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. This means ranges will vary for candidates based outside of Canada and/or at different seniority levels. In addition to annual salary, full-time employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
